Strengths-Based Coaching

Let’s change how everyone approaches personal growth
and how companies operate!

The Clifton StrengthsFinder is the result of a 30-year research project by Gallup Inc., which has continued with the study of more than one million work teams and completion of tens of thousands of individual and team interviews.

The Clifton StrengthsFinder is a way for people to discover and create awareness of their unique and natural talents. It is a way to see themselves in a new way – as individuals with powerful talents in a particular area.

The StrengthsFinder results help to shed light on talents, talents that are not dependent of education, knowledge, education or up-bringing. They demonstrate what we are naturally wired and as we intentionally focus on these talents, they transform into strengths.

As we aim our time and energy to work in ways that allow us to maximize the use of our talents, we become happier and often find that time flies by, may it be at work, in our community or at home.

Our talents are our filters to the world.
Our talents help us understand who we are.
Our talents are our best opportunities for success.

By the Gallup definition, a STRENGTH is the ability to consistently produce a nearly perfect positive outcome in a specific task. A strength always delivers. A strength gets the job done, and does it right. Strengths are counted on and they are appreciated.

People who know their talents and have opportunity to use them at work, are SIX TIMES more likely to be engaged in their jobs.

People who know their talents and have opportunity to use them at work, are  THREE TIMES more likely to report having an excellent quality of life.

The 34 Talent Themes

Themes are the basic language of talents. Grounded in decades of study of talents, strengths and success, they are an invaluable tool to help you seek the source of your natural talent.

Research have shown that the talents most directly related to the potential for success can be grouped into 34 themes. Each theme comprises many talents.

To give you an example, here are my top 5 Signature Themes. What are yours?

People exceptionally talented in the Relator  theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.

People exceptionally talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

People exceptionally talented in the Maximizer theme focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. They seek to transform something strong into something superb.

People exceptionally talented in the Achiever theme work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. They take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

People exceptionally talented in the Arranger theme can organize, but they also have a flexibility that complements this ability. They like to determine how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.
